Museum de Arte do Rio 2014

This is latest photo shoot and a fantastic experience in one of the newest museums in Rio de Janeiro. Designed by Bernardes + Jacobsen Arquitetura, The Museu de Arte do Rio, was built inside the remodeled interiors of the Palacete Dom João, an early-twentieth-century palace beside Mauá Square in Rio’s Porto Maravilha. It blends the new and old thru its “wave” inspired roof and a suspended structure/passage way that connects to the old imperial palace. The main building introduces into the future of architecture in Brazil. For more about the museum: http://www.museudeartedorio.org.br/en
